Adventure Activities: The natural landscape of Gulaba is apt for adventure activities like Trekking, Paragliding, Hiking, Camping etc. Many people trek in groups from Manali while some trek solo all through the landscape.Star Gazing: On a clear day, the night skies are a treat for stargazers. One can camp on the grasslands and gaze for hours at the starlit skies and identify the names of the celestial bodies. A perfect activity to bond with kids.
Skiing: The region receives heavy snowfall during winters, and the temperature stays pleasantly cool through summers making it a preferred location for skiing even during April. Equipment required for skiing including warm overcoats is available on rent.
Yak and Horse Riding: About 4 kilometres ahead of Gulaba is the Solang Valley where tourists can go for a Yak or a Horse ride in the ice. These rides cost approximately INR 300 per person and last for about 15 minutes.
Food: Some cafes, restaurants and street food stalls in Gulaba sell local dishes and beverages. Foodies can take a break from the fun activities to taste the delicious variety of food they serve.
